Loved our stay, had great 4 days overall. The full English breakfast had plenty of delicacies and was delicious. The location was stunning and fab, really close to the centre as well as a 4 star establishment.

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in York, had much fun and met attentive staff at all times. The room was brand-new with air con, coffee, as example and safety measures included smoke detectors. We stayed in this property for 2 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our choice.
Tbh Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was too small.

The location is optimal and the staff are highly professional! Heated & bright unit with excellent shower, complimentary toiletries plus bathroom. Cold drinks at Irish bar, special service.

The venue was awkward, nevertheless I loved its beautiful staff and service. The bed was comfortable and it was great having good Internet and tea/coffee. Plenty of food at breakfast, including butter, hot waffles, eggs and cheese. Centrally based in a colourful area.

I enjoyed the details, like staff and drinks, they were terrific. Really nice beds, climate control, terrace and free tea were a nice touch. Centrally positioned in an interesting area. The pool was lovely and the garden - charming.

We were adjacent to such places as bootham. Amazing breakfast with a good choice of choices. 15 min walk from York train station. The hotel met what was needed.
